Craig has a wealth of experience in golf club and sports catering. He has catered at large scale sporting events including Wimbledon, two Open Championships at St Andrews, Jack Nicklaus's farewell dinner at St Andrews, the Ryder Cup at the K Club and at the last Open at Muirfield where he was chef to the players.
He can provide a wide range of offerings to suit all tastes from bacon rolls to four course meals. Small lunch or dinner parties to larger groups and parties can all be catered for as can business lunches, small conferences and workshops.
