How to Join
Membership Categories
Our golf club offers a range of membership categories to suit different age groups and lifestyles. We are delighted that you have chosen to join us and hopefully you will become an ambassador for the club and encourage friends and family to join. For all members, we offer a member referral incentive if any of your friends or family join through your recommendation. The current incentive is a 25% discount, based on the value of the new member’s first annual subscription.
We offer several different options to pay your membership fees:
* Monthly direct debit (spread over 10 months)
* Cheque or credit card payment at the office or over the bar
* Bank transfer
Full details of each option will be e-mailed to you ahead of your annual membership fee payment date, but please contact the Club Manager should you wish to discuss these or change the way you pay your fee next year.

We have excellent offers for those who want to join in 2025 which can be seen below along with application forms for download. If you don’t know anyone at the Merchants then please contact us.
We have a particularly active Ladies’ section, and enquiries from prospective lady members are always welcome.
Non golfers can also join the Club as House Members to take advantage of the modern clubhouse facilities.

Ordinary Membership (Adult)
NO JOINING FEE OR WAITING LIST
You can join now and enjoy membership from 01st March 2025 for Subscription of £1032, plus £17 Affiliation fee.
Option to pay by DD over 10 instalments from March 2025.
Membership will run until 28th February 2026.

Junior (11 to 17 years)
There is a very active Junior section at the Merchants and applications are welcome from junior boys and girls. The age range for Juniors is up to 17.
The club runs a coaching programme for Juniors and helps and encourages Juniors to obtain handicaps. We have recently partnered up with 'Golphin for Kids' to be part of their new development app called, 'MyPathWay2Golf', more details can be found on the link below. Each member will have access to this app.

House Membership Join for £110
House Members have full use of the Clubhouse and can enjoy the bar and catering, bring guests and hire the clubhouse for private functions.
Payment in full is required.
